Yes. The flame and the heater operate independently, so the fireplace works the same in July as it does in January. Enjoy year-round, with or without the heat.

A minimum 15-amp, 120V circuit is required (20-amp, 120V recommended). The fireplace can either be plugged into a grounded 3-prong outlet or hardwired. Additional appliances on the same circuit as the fireplace may exceed the current rating of that circuit when the heater is on. A dedicated circuit is not required, but is recommended to prevent circuit breaker trips or fuse failure.

Yes. The glass stays cool and the fireplace has an automatic safety shut-off if it gets too hot. There is also a Heater Lock setting that keeps the heater controls from responding at all, so it can’t be turned on by accident.

Yes. The wall temperatures directly above the fireplace remain cool, meaning you can safely place a TV anywhere above the fireplace.

We ship from our warehouse in Minnesota and offer Free Standard Shipping to the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories). Orders typically arrive within a week.

We will take care of you. If there is shipping damage, we will allow you to choose between a prepaid shipping return and full refund or will offer solutions to remedy the situation.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your total refund.
